How does my first Mixed Martial Arts or Fitness class work?
Our introductory process for new students is fun and 100% beginner friendly. No experience necessary at all! Your first visit will be to a grappling, fitness, or striking class of your choice, you’ll meet our team, learn the fundamental techniques of martial arts and fighting, burn a ton calories with a workout, and meet some new people. All you have to do is show up with an open mind. After you try the class there’s no obligation and zero pressure to join; our workouts definitely speak for themselves. When you’re ready to join, you’ll sit down with a Nova team member and pick a training plan that’s right for you; designed around your schedule and your personal goals.
