The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are offered to kids and adults who are looking for self defense and fitness all in one package. .
We practice sport focused Brazilian Jiu Jitsu mixed with traditional Gracie Jiu-Jitsu to enhance self defense. Our program has been specially developed for all skill levels, and offers beginner and advanced classes that provide you with the tools necessary to defend yourself in the street, or in the ring.
You will absolutely love our fitness kickboxing for beginners or advanced athletes as well as our Muay Thai kickboxing classes.
We provide our students with the most effective full-body, and core workout in these group classes. We welcome students of all skill levels seeking to learn how how to throw combinations on the heavy bags, or how to properly use thai pads and punch mitts with their partners.
These circuits focus on strength and conditioning for individuals looking to lose weight, build and tone muscle, and strengthen their core.
