Introduced to America from Brazil, jiu jitsu provides a smaller, weaker opponent with the advantage against a larger assailant. These advantages are accessed through the proper use of leverage, pressure, and joint manipulation, all without throwing a punch!
We practice sport focused Brazilian Jiu Jitsu mixed with traditional Gracie Jiu-Jitsu to enhance self defense. Our program has been specially developed for all skill levels, and offers beginner and advanced classes that provide you with the tools necessary to defend yourself in the street, or in the ring
