Part of your warmup and cooldown should always include some stretching to prevent injury, increase flexibility and speed up recovery time. Our jiu jitsu program, Muay Thai program and fitness classes all include some sort of mobility warm ups that prepare your body for activity. We also provide foam rollers and yoga balls for your use.
